BOOKING
Our boarding fees of £35 are inclusive of food, bedding and insurance
In order to make sure that your dog will settle with us during their stay, we encourage owners to come and visit us, to see how the dog behaves. They are able to assess the behaviour of the new boarder during this time. This can also help the dog feel more comfortable with the surroundings.
The staff at Rottweiler home will take as many contacts as the owner wishes. In order to make new boarders feel more at ease, the staff at Rottweiler home encourage owners to bring in own bedding, toys, treats and anything they think will make the experience happy for the dog.
FACILITIES
We have 25 large kennels with all the necessities your pet will require. we can accomodate large breeds or number of family pets comfortably.
Each kennel has a fully tiled, draught-free indoor bedroom area.
Throughout the day there is open access via a hatch system from the bedroom area to the play area. Hygienic beds and freshly laundered fleece vet bedding are provided.
The kennel block has two secure grassed exercise areas for your dog(s) to enjoy running around off lead and playing games, supervised by our certified staff with more than 20 years experience.
TRAINING
Training services starting from £25 an hour. These services can be added or request when booking a boarding kennel.
Obedience training
Basic obedience training includes commands like sit or stay. Puppy obedience training should have socialization as the main focus to boost his confidence and prepare him for the environment, including other dogs, people, places, and sounds.
Agility training
All about mastering the obstacles but it’s also a fun way to stimulate and tire out your dog as a hobby.
Behavioral training
Mostly focuses on the basic dog behaviors and how to solve undesired ones. It may include housebreaking, digging, barking, chewing, biting, leash manners, coming when called and so on.
EXERCISE
Here dogs will have several times in the day where they will be given the opportunity to roam freely on site whilst being supervised. Also they will have a dedicated staff member play time with toys at least once a day. At Rottweiler home we will aim to dedicate a minimum of one hour play time. If you would like your dog to socialise with other dogs we will allow your dog to play with other dogs whose owners also want their dogs to socialise.
Where possible, staff at Rottweiler Home will try to provide additional exercise for these young dogs, however exercise for these young dogs will be restricted to ensure they do not hurt themselves as their bones will still be growing.
TOY PLAY
Owners can provide toys for their animals should they wish for them to have them in their kennel/pen. Rottweiler Home will provide toys and bones if the owner agrees.
Rottweiler Home do provide toys including footballs/tennis balls/squeaky toys for dogs in the paddocks where the dogs go off lead. There is also basic agility equipment in each of the paddocks.
Dogs that are given permission by their owners to be off lead, will have access to dog toy play, and dogs that must be kept on lead will also have access to toy play.
FEEDING
At Rottweiler Home we give owners the choice of either using our own food for their pets or providing their own food. There is no extra charge for our food, or a lower price for providing your own.
For dogs we provide the following:

Rottweiler Home also encourages owners to bring their own food in for their dog. If they feel that they would prefer their own food, are fussy eaters or easily get an upset stomach
GROOMING
If your dog is staying with us, we can also provide various grooming services if requested. The amount of grooming your dog needs can depend on their coat type. We provide grooming services for long haired and smooth haired breeds, as well as puppies.
Our general grooming sevices start from £25 and include:
